Shared inventory: the 4 fold-out tables are shared between the upper and lower levels. A fold-out used on one floor reduces the number available on the other floor. The mic + amp and speakers are shared as well.

Upload the seating chart from Excel to assign guests automatically. Click any harvest table to edit its 8 guest rows. Table numbers stay fixed so they always match the uploaded chart. Occupied chairs can slide freely along the full length of either side of the table and move across to the opposite side while staying tucked to the table edge.
